Per the Idaho Horse Board Law, grant monies must be spent for EDUCATION, RESEARCH, or PROMOTION of Idaho horses. For tracking purposes, one area is identified for each of the above projects. Many grants were awarded to projects which over-lapped from one area to another. For example, many projects were identified as benefiting the Idaho horse industry in the areas of education and promotion.
